The Purpose of a Meet & Greet

Before service can began, we must arrange a time to meet. It will take place at your home and will last approximately 30 minutes. At that time, we will be introduced to your animals and we will discuss what will happen during the visits.

You fill out a service agreement, which includes your vet name,  emergency contacts, feeding instructions, your pets favorite toys, etc. In addition, we will be shown where pet supplies are kept, where litter boxes are maintained and any other necessary information about your home.

At this time, we will receive keys or make arrangements for getting keys and learn about the alarm system, if applicable.

Once this meeting has taken place, we will not need to meet again. You can easily schedule future visits by emailing or texting us.

(If you are not yet ready to meet but have some questions, please contact us here.)

If you would prefer to contact us by telephone, please call us at 757-641-0099. Return calls are typically made between the hours of 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

** Meet & Greets are conducted Monday through Friday, from 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm. Occasionally, arrangements can be made for a morning or weekend.

Once we have met and you have completed the service agreement, no additional meetings are necessary. You just email, text or call to arrange visits to your pets.

These are needed in order to know whether or not we service your area.
